Our Story
No Gray Areas (NGA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting young women and girls in underprivileged communities. Founded by WNBA athlete Reshanda Gray in 2017, NGA provides love, support, and opportunities at critical decision-making points in these young lives. Through academic support, mentorship, and athletic programs, we strive to create a safe space where girls can dream and thrive without limits.

Founded 'No Gray Areas' in 2017
to empower young girls through mentorship, education, and athletics. Inspired by her own journey from adversity to success, Reshanda created a space where girls facing life’s toughest choices can find clarity, confidence, and community. Through academic support, life skills training, and sports programs, we help girls turn “gray areas” into bright futures.
